Report a Faulty/Damaged Item
Please chec all items as soon as delivered and if damaged do not accept delivery, if you are unsure or unable to check the items please sign the paperwork as 'unchecked'.
If you suspect your item might be faulty or damaged, please let us know to us as soon as possible, providing as many details as you can and any supporting images.

Please email details etc before calling us via telephone as its vary rare we can answer any questions without images and details.
If you receive a damaged/smashed item please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note we cannot accept any returns damaged items once they have been installed.
We will assist with all faulty product queries and replace the product (if possible) at any time within 12 months after purchase.
Please note we do not cover any cost of replacement installation.
Otherwise it will be up to the manufacturer and their guarantee. Please note this only covers faulty items not items damaged in transit or use.
If you have a scratched bath please ensure the PROTECTIVE FILM HAS BEEN REMOVED, it can sometimes be difficult to see but all baths have one.
