Refunds & Returns
How it works:
Easy Returns - If you don't like this item you can return it up to 30 days after delivery.
We try and make the job of sending something back to us as easy as possible:
STEP 1: NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
STEP 2: SEND US DETAILS OF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN (ITEM NAME AND DATE PURCHASED)
STEP 3: EITHER SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US OR REQUEST WE COLLECT IT
STEP 4: ONCE RECEIVED WE WILL EITHER SEND REPLACEMENT OR REFUND - WHICHEVER IS REQUIRED
STEP 5: TRANSACTION COMPLETE
We will always refund payments to the same payment method as we received.
Please ensure all returns are in the original packaging and have not been installed.
If you wish to cancel an order Total bathrooms (bathcenter.co.uk) must receive notice in writing by email, within 30 days after delivery.
Total Bathrooms are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after that period.

Please note goods returned to us will not be refunded unless they are in re-saleable condition, ie not written on or damaged.

Please do not book installation until goods are on site and checked, we are not responsible for the cost of installer cancellation.
It should be noted that whilst we have the majority of products on the site in stock we also sell via other avenues such as our showroom, so an item can say '1' in stock but be out of stock, please give us a call or message us if you wish to double check.
Returns
Items returned within 30 days after delivery will be refunded in full.
Faulty items will also be refunded in full if returned within 14 days, after this period we will seek to have the manufacturer repair the item.
Please note all goods should be checked on delivery and not signed for in good condition if damaged.
If you require us to collect your item we can do so, large item collection charge is £50.00 inc vat and small item collection charge £12.00 inc vat.
Faulty Items
We will assist with all faulty product queries and replace the product (if possible)at any time within 12 months after purchase. We do not cover the cost any damage which may be caused by faulty items, we also will not cover any cost of replacement installation.
Otherwise it will be up to the manufacturer and their guarantee. Please note this only covers faulty items not items damaged in transit or use.
