How it works:

Easy Cancellations – If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at any time before delivery for a full refund.

We’re happy to assist with cancellations or changes, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:
 

Step 1: Contact Us Before Delivery

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us ASAP via email: support@bathcenter.co.uk.

To help us process this quickly, please include:

• The full name the order was placed under

• The original order number
   

Step 2: Check Your Order Status

• Before Delivery: If your order is cancelled before you receive it, you will be refunded in full.

• After Delivery: Once you have received your item, it can no longer be cancelled and would instead be classed as a return. CLICK HERE for information on returns.
  
  
  Want to swap instead? Please note we are happy for you to swap your order to alternative items, such as a different size or colour. Just let us know via email support@bathcenter.co.uk and we can work out the price difference for you.
