Delivery is available on all items anywhere in Uk mainland.
All goods will be delivered in 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated/agreed.
Our transport team will contact you with delivery details ie date etc once you have placed your order.
Your delivery will never just arrive you will always be notified when it is due beforehand.
We now have our own dedicated delivery service allowing delivery on any weekday of your choice.
If you have a delivery day in mind please email us once you have ordered and we will arrange as required.
Most items will be delivered by our own delivery teams however some goods may be delivered by a third party carrier/supplier.
Small items such as taps, toilet seats, wastes etc will be delivered Free Of Charge!
Large items such as baths, shower enclosures etc will be £39.95 for delivery
Orders over £499 will include free of charge delivery.
Any delivery charge incurred (on sales above £499 will automatically be refunded) after confirmation of order.
Although many items are next working day, some can take up to 5 days so please email us if you wish to be certain.
If you wish to choose a delivery day (any weekday after the above lead times) please let us know.
Please note drivers are only insured for doorstep or drive etc for palleted items.
They cannot bring goods inside/upstairs etc.
Delivery is UK mainland only.
There may be an extra charge for goods delivered to remote areas such as Scottish Highlands, if so we will call you before item dispatch to discuss.
We are more than happy for customers to collect goods or send a carrier (at their own risk).
