How it works:

Dedicated Delivery Fleet – Delivery is available on all of our bathroom items across the UK mainland. We operate our own dedicated delivery teams for large items, meaning we can often deliver on a weekday of your choice to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Step 1: Check Delivery Charges

We charge for delivery only once per order. If you order multiple items, you will only pay the single highest delivery rate in your basket:

• Small Items (Taps, toilet seats, wastes, etc.): FREE OF CHARGE.

• Large Items (Baths, shower enclosures, vanity units, etc.): £39.95.

• Orders over £499: FREE OF CHARGE across your entire order.
   

Step 2: Schedule Your Delivery Date

• Standard Lead Times: All goods are typically delivered within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. While many items are available for next-day dispatch, some specialist products can take up to 10 days.

• Confirming Your Date: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with an accurate delivery date.

• Choose Your Own Day: If you have a specific weekday in mind after our standard lead times, simply email us after placing your order and we will arrange it if possible.
   

Step 3: Day of Delivery Guidelines

• Courier Methods: Most deliveries are completed by our own specialized vehicle fleet, though smaller items or specific brands may arrive via a trusted third-party carrier.

• Driver Insurance Limits: Please note that our drivers are only insured for doorstep or driveway delivery. They are strictly unable to bring goods inside your home or upstairs, so please ensure you have assistance available on the day if required.
   

Regional Exclusions & Alternatives

📍 Delivery Locations & Remote Areas

• UK Mainland Only: We currently only deliver to the UK mainland. We are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland.

• Remote Surcharges: Deliveries to remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and certain other parts of Scotland, may incur an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, our team will call you to discuss the options before your items are dispatched.
   

🚗 Alternative Options: Click & Collect

• Store Collection: Free Click & Collect is available on every single item we stock.

• Third-Party Couriers: We are more than happy for you to arrange and send your own carrier to collect your items from our warehouse (undertaken at your own risk).
