About Beauforte Reinforced Strength:
GALE FORCE STRENGTH:
The materials from which our Beauforté baths are constructed are incredibly strong and hard wearing. This market leading reinforcement process results in a product that is as strong as a steel bath and almost double the strength of a typical acrylic bath. This result gives us a more rigid bath with no movement or flexibility when you shower or bathe.
MAINTAINS WARMTH:
The standard 5mm bath is made storm proof by our proprietary fibre and resin mix. The extra reinforcement in the Beauforté adds an additional layer of insulation to the underside of the bath. This means that the warm bath temperature is retained for much longer. A long relaxing soak can be enjoyed with no need to top up with hot water, less wasteful and good for the environment.
EXTRA SUPPORT:
Every Beaufort bath comes with the highest specification support system available. This has been specifically designed to handle the extra weight of the Beauforté reinforced baths but is a standard feature across the whole Beaufort range. It has five adjustable legs for precision levelling and robust wall brackets to guarantee maximum rigidity. As a result, maximum rigidity is achieved with no movement from the bath and no problems with sealing.
About Beaufort Baths:
Following the best British manufacturing standards and technical innovation, Beaufort baths are manufactured in the UK with skill and precision.
All Beaufort baths are manufactured from 5mm Asterite sanitaryware grade cell cast acrylic sheet. As a result of the acrylic being cast, the colour is all the way through the material rather than just the top surface layer.
Each bath is vacuum formed on the latest vertical vacuum forming machine that can zone heat the acrylic prior to moulding to ensure not only an even form every time, but an ability to control the material thickness as it is drawn into the tool.
