Bathcenter Lifetime Guarantee

What is it?

All our products come with our manufacturers warranties and guaranties, many of these are 10 years plus, however as an extra gesture to our all our customers we offer to extend these with our Bathcenter 'Lifetime guarantee'.

We consider the lifetime of our bathroom products to be 25 years as the vast majority of people replace their bathrooms within this time.

In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you would receive a like for like replacement or equivalent if no longer in stock.

All you have to do is register your items (see below).

What does it cover?

The lifetime guarantee covers any fault/defect which would be considered a manufacturing fault and does not include natural wear and tear due to use of the product.

It doesn't cover the cost of any repair or installation work which needs to be carried out.

Example of what is and is not covered:

Baths:

Any manufacturing defect including;
Misshapen acrylic
Blistering
Marks under the acrylic

What is not included:

Scratches
Cracks – which are often caused from impact such as dropped bottles etc
Wear and tear

Taps and Showers:

Not included:

Serviceable parts – For example, tap cartridges.
Damage caused from the use of abnormal or inappropriate cleaning products.
Faults or damage caused in connection with the build-up of dirt, mould, mildew, lime-scale or similar.

Glass Shower Screens:

Not included:

Glass breakages and shattering.
Wear and tear caused by excessive or abnormal use.
Faults or damage caused in connection with the build-up of dirt, mould, mildew, lime-scale or similar.
Damage caused from the use of abnormal or inappropriate cleaning products.
Accidental damage, damage caused by negligence or wilful damage.

Please note during the manufacturers warranty period it is their responsibilty to cover the products as it usually would be, after the manufacturers warranty has expired our Lifetime Guarantee takes over.

How to register:

To register you products for our lifetime guarantee please email us your order number, name and address and ask to be registered, we will do the rest and send you a reference number to use if required.
